The content is as follows: four individuals, two men and two women, sneak into a nighttime pool. Two of them undergo a grotesque transformation into inhuman entities and attack the other members. One woman attempts to escape through a portal at the bottom of the pool, but instead encounters a Cthulhu-like monster and meets a grisly demise.
