Introduction

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The Company shall use the collected Personal Data within the scope of the following purposes:
- Provision, maintenance, operation, and quality improvement of the Service
- User identity verification, authentication, and account management
- Prevention of unauthorized use, security measures, and response to violations
- Response to reports, rights infringement claims, and dispute prevention and resolution
- Improvement of the Service, usage analysis, and development of new features
- Display, distribution, translation, editing, processing, and use of posted content in external services
- Response to user inquiries, consultations, and support
Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure) & Article 5 (External Services)
The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except as permitted by law.
The Company uses the following external services for providing, operating, and implementing features of the Service:
- Google OAuth (Authentication): Used for login via Google accounts.
- Discord OAuth (Authentication): Used for login via Discord accounts.
- Google Translate API (Translation): Used for translating posted content to English.
- Supabase: Used for storing authentication data and posts.
- Resend: Used for sending authentication and password reset emails.
- Other external services the Company deems necessary
Data may be stored or processed on servers managed by external service providers, which may be located outside of Japan. Users agree to this in advance.

Article 10 (Cookies, etc.)
The Company may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies ("Cookies, etc.") for the purpose of improving convenience, analyzing usage, improving service quality, and preventing unauthorized use.
We use your browser's local storage for the following purposes:
- Temporarily saving drafts of posts and wiki articles
- Recording storage consent status
This data is stored only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
Users may refuse or delete Cookies, etc. through browser settings, but some features of the Service may become unavailable.
Article 8 (Security Measures)
The Company shall implement organizational, human, physical, and technical security measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and other risks to Personal Data.
We implement appropriate security measures including enforced HTTPS, Content Security Policy (CSP) headers, input validation, rate limiting, and login attempt restrictions.
Article 11 (Policy Changes)
The Company may change this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, changes in Service content, or other needs.
When changing this Policy, the Company shall notify users of the revised content and its effective date by posting on the Service or other methods the Company deems appropriate.
Users who continue to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Policy shall be deemed to have consented to the changes.
